1. Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted Within 7-10 business days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Lingerie, innerwear, and accessories
- Customized or discounted products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
2. Return Process

- Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship the product.
- Quality Check: After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it.
- Approval & Refund/Exchange: If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed with in 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed & credited within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect order.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return process applies.

- Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
