1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted Within 7-10 business days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Lingerie, innerwear, and accessories
    • Customized or discounted products
    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

2. Return Process

  2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship the product.
  3. Quality Check: After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it.
  4. Approval & Refund/Exchange: If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed with in 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed & credited within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect order.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return process applies.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
