We offer one free size exchange per order (if the same product is available).

Refunds for return

A small return shipping fee of Rs. 49 will be deducted from refund to cover pickup and logistics.

Defective / wrong product

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

In case of any damaged/defective products kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

Refunds of prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Customized/discounted products or products mentioned as not eligible for return.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

COD is available for orders below Rs. 2,999.

Any COD-related handling component is included in the displayed product prices (MRP); it is not added again at checkout. Paying online may reduce your total by the configured prepaid discount.

Unaccepted COD orders cause a round-trip loss for small businesses. Hence customers who repeatedly refuse COD parcels may have COD disabled for future orders.

In case of return of a delivered COD order, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after deducting Rs. 49 (return shipping).

Free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 999.

Priority dispatch and faster delivery.

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. If cancelled post shipping, Rs. 49 will be deducted from the order value.
